Even in times of financial uncertainty, it’s always important to keep things in perspective.
- You didn’t go to sleep hungry last night.
- You didn’t go to sleep outside.
- You had a choice of what clothes to wear this morning.
- You hardly broke a sweat today. (unless you wanted to)
- You didn’t spend a minute in fear.
- You have access to clean drinking water.
- You have access to medical care.
- You have access to the Internet.
- You can read.
- You have the right to vote.

FOund out about this Wednesday

FYI, the Cold storage warehouse I work at is one of the primary warehouses for that dairy plant. We typically on average receive in 5 truckloads a day from them, and have an equal or great number of outbound using their product. We also store bulk butter at our warehouse that the plant uses from July to November when cream prices go up.
Sort term that means a lot of changes at work. The owners are not too concerned, IMHO they don't really care if they have to lay off employee's as long as the warehouse is full.
Wednesday and Thursday they asked for volunteers if they wanted off. Friday from our normal workforce of about 20 we had 4 people working. I know they did tell some people to stay home. Thankfully out of all the Employee's working in the warehouse, i have the highest seniority. Also I know how to do, and do well, everything in the warehouse.
4 years of hard work is paying off right now. I just need to get through the summer
I don't have the greatest job, but I have a job that I do enjoy doing
At least i have a job. 120 people lost thiers, and easily 30 could lose thier job from the trickle affect of this closing
note: IMHO this is probably a great way to bust up their union workers. I wouldn't be surprised if it re-opens in a year or so and rehires people with half the wages

Hi I am Bear Grylls. When I am out surviving in the wild under extreme conditions being bottom of the food chain, and having to eat bear crap in order to survive. I know the biggest thing to survival is feeding your hunger. That is why I eat grainy munch cruncho's. They keep me alive and not end up as part of the food chain, or worse.
*see clips of him dodging snakes, and lions, while skydiving*
Grainy munch cruncho's! they are what keep me *grabs charging warthog off ground* .... alive!

I shut everything down in my apartment except the clocks, and frig. Tenjin thought the flashlight was a wonderful toy to play with. and all the light spots it created.
(C/p+1) - n1 - n2 - h + s =t
Starting to work on it. Where C is the temperature in Celsius, P is the amount of precipitation, n1 is general ambient noise, n2 Short loud noises, h is hunger factor and S is a bonus if there is a layer of snow to play in. Finally t is the amount of time spent outside.
Right now it is 32 degree's outside, it is fairly quiet out, and he is hungry. in the last half hour he has been outside a total of 3 minutes SIX TIMES! so what factor am I missing? the "Make your human do what you want to do without really needing him to do it" factor?
